Check if the target PC's environment matches your dev setup, like LabView version and dependencies. Also, maybe manually copy the vcilva2.dll to the target and see if that works.

LAN address usually shouldn't cause this. Did you try the good ol' turn it off and on again? Sometimes it works. Also, check if there's any typo in the new address.

What worked for me was making sure I saved the changes properly after setting the IP.
