Hi Mark, If you run the command ipcomfig in the command prompt is it showing any of your connections as being in the same range? Also when you are pinging the devices what message is showing up?

Hi Mark, Try closing out of eCatcher and changing your computer IP to be out of the cosy's subnet. After doing this you should be able to each those devices.

Are you able to ping the cosy's LAN IP from your laptop. Can you also go tot he comcfg file and comfirm the settings have been changed and after that reboot the cosy and see if you can get internet...

The cosy is not assigning an IP and DNS to your laptop so you will have to set those. The IP address but be in the Cosy's LAN subnet and the DNS has to be valid such as 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
