Cosy 131+ WiFi reconfigure issues

eWON cosy131+ WiFi was set up to only have WiFi and no rollback because of the remote location of the system.  There was a phone set up as the HOTSPOT that is no longer available/out of commission. I tried reconfiguring the unit through the webpage webserver and the changes do not take effect. I am not able to change it to the new device and save the configuration successfully.  What are my options?
