Ewon Flexy Email Alerts Not Being Delivered Consistently

There are a couple of places where you can look to troubleshoot.

First, on the Flexy itself. Look at the alarm history and the schedule actions logs to see if the email is being sent when the alarm occurs. If there's a little gap, it might be that the alarm is configured with a delay. If there's a big gap, check the event log to see if there were network issues that prevented the Flexy from sending the message.

Then, if you are using the Talk2m relay to send the message, there will be an entry in the Talk2m logs (found in Ecatcher) that shows that an email was sent and to whom. You might have to do some timezone math. I think (but don't quote me on this) that the times in Ecatcher will reflect the time zone of your PC while the times on the Flexy will reflect the time zone the Flexy is set to.

If all those line up, next in line in the recipient's mail server.

That's assuming email. If you're using the Talk2m relay for SMS, it gets harder. Historically (I don't know if this is still the case) the SMS messages get forwarded from the Talk2m relay to a 3rd party SMS service. You'll need to talk to HMS support for help troubleshooting that piece.
