Da un paio di giorni che non riesco ha sincronizzare i miei due dispositivi intesis perché non mi trova la rete Wi-Fi,ho provato in tutti i modi fare un reset di fabbrica dei due dispositivi o in altri modi

The Intesis gateway does not support smart or mesh functions active on your router, could it be this? We had an issue with our server on Monday morning, but it was resolved around 7:30 AM the same day. Since the device is connected to our server, it does not create its own Wi-Fi network, as it is already connected. I recommend checking your web interface at https://accloud.intesis.com/login. It might also be helpful to reinstall the application on your phone.
