Unable to connect Ac cloud control device to wifi

This device was working a few days ago and suddenly appears as not connected. So i reset the unit (hold button for 10s until light is solid green) but the app on the phone is stuck on a spinner after connecting via Bluetooth. This unit was working a couple of days ago with no change to my wi-fi network. Can you please help. Thanks

  Found the issue. Turns out the ac interface wasn't able to connect to the dns server i use on my local network. Changed the dns server and i was able to set up wifi on my ac interface again.
