CM CANopen USB driver?

Hi, I worked with Configuration Studio in Win11 till yesterday evening without problems.

This morning the download failed with error "Data cannot be transferred or stored to an application because of local control (08000021h)".

Thinking it is due to a last night Windows update, I installed Configuration Studio on Win7 virtual machine, but the error remain the same.

Could someone help me?

  Hello,
  
  the CM CANopen is busy and has no time to answer the download request.
  If the running application uses SDO transfers, then this block the USB communication. Set the PLC to stopped.
  
  You can try following:

  • retry the command multiple times
  • set PLC to stopped
  • run memory reset on the PLC
  • power the PLC off and on
