    I hope you're doing well. I wanted to check in to see if this issue is still ongoing.

    If it is, I’d recommend opening a support ticket (since this an issue needs deeper analysis) and I recommend to add additional information. Can you get a Backup from the Device, the LED Behavior, the Configuration you tried to download... please attach them to the Support case, which will help our team address the issue. 

    If you can not get some of them explain what you tried.

    Please note that while the forum is a great place for discussions, the dedicated support team primarily addresses issues through the ticketing system. For urgent matters, or things needing a detailed analysis, opening a ticket directly is always the best approach.
