eWon cosy 131 keeps losing VPN connection
Hello everybody,
I have been experiencing issues with our VPN connection on site.
The problems are as follows:
- The VPN connection is lost after 60 minutes, and I can barely reconnect. The WAN is present because I can see the port LED indicating data traffic.
- When I try to establish the talk2me connection again in the wizard, I get event 33226, which indicates a VPN timeout.
I have already forced TCP(433) in the wizard, which is the only way I can get a VPN connection because UDP is not allowed. I changed VPNPortOut to 443 and VPNProto to 1. I also changed MaxCallDur to 0 (I'm not sure if this works for WAN).
After a few attempts, I get a VPN connection that lasts for 60 minutes, and after a few hours (like 3-5 hours), it reconnects again.
I don't know if our firewall is blocking it or something..
I need solution for this ASAP beacuse we are traveling to Canada(we are from Europe) and we need it online 0/24.

This has been checked in the Ticket and 2 Issues were found:
It's possible that somehow two ewons try to connect to the same entry kicking each other out.
(In some cases if a backup is applied to a different Ewon without running the Talk2M Wizard this can happen)
One Solution would be to Create a new Ewon and to use the key you can find there to run the Talk2M Wizard on the Ewon again using the new key and making sure it has a fresh and Clean Entry.
The other Issue that was found was that many VPN Servers were Blocked by the Lokal Firewall and especially since we are moving servers at the moment it would be best to whitelist all the VPN Servers. Also the Access Servers.
