var_lst file is not imported to ecatcher via FTP.

I'm trying to add tags to the existing var_lst file on an eWON Flexy 201.

However, after uploading a new var_lst file via FTP, the file doesn't update and still contains the old content. I need assistance with this issue because I want to avoid manually adding each tag, which would be time-consuming.

  Hi Jim!

  I just saw you also have a Ticket

  - witch is perfect since i would have had switch this into a Ticket anyway since we need your Files to check what could be the problem here.

  Please update your ticket with these Files:

  • Backup of the Ewon you want to update
  • var_lst you are using to add new Tags

  It might be a small issue with some syntax or something like that. If you can also provide a screenshot of the error (if there is one or a screenshot before and after if there are any changes or to double check that there are none)

  The Colleagues in the Ticket will help you further once you provide the Files. If you have trouble sharing the Files please let us know.

  Something to add for others here, please do not use the Windows built-in FTP, as this has some weird behaviour.
  Use a proper tool like Filezilla, this is tried and tested.
