    Hi Pradchaya,

    unfortunately, the LOW alarm cannot be disabled. However, you can set a very low threshold value (for example, -200000 (I tried with Data Type INT) that is unlikely to be reached. This way, (depending on the values your tag typically can't reach) the alarm will effectively not trigger.

    Is that a solution for you?

    Do you want to just use the in-build Alarm functionality or do you actually want to send SMS/e-mail alarms?

    For e-mails you can use the ONCHANGE Funktionality in the BASIC Programming to trigger e-mails/SMS with Talk2M Relay instead for example. (But that won't change the in-build Alarm State)
