Ecatcher connection tripping, Internet setup wizard not loading
I am new to the E-catcher application, and I am trying to setup a WAN connection on the Ewon to my office internet.
However, when I connect to the Ewon through E-catcher, I am unable to run the internet validation wizard on Cosy+ to update the WAN IP address. It just keeps running the wheel of death without showing any status info. After a while it displays device unreachable even though the Ewon is still connected according to E-catcher.
Another problem that comes up is that the connection on ecatcher and cosy+ randomly trips after a while. And when I log back in to Cosy+ it shows a completely random IP address (173.X.X.X) even though I am trying to connect to a 192.X.X.X network.
How do I go about fixing these issues? Are they even connected?

I would recommend creating a support case and sending a backup with the support files for us to take a look at. If can also include some screenshot of the problem, that would also be helpful.
