ViewOn dashboard won't load on Ewon Flexy

Hi, i recently bought a new Ewon device (Flexy 201) and created a simple dashboard for it using ViewOn. now when i connected locally (LAN), i can reach the dashboard page with no problems. 

When i connected via VPN (ecatcher...) i can't get to the dashboard page. it will ask me for my user and password and from there it's just white page constantly loading and nothing happens. 

I can ping the Ewon local address when connected with ecatcher.

I can ping the Ewon WAN address when connected with ecatcher.

  Thank you for your reply. I will look into it. I opend a support ticket with HMS support to further assist me with my issue.
