Confirming Master / Slave DIP Settings on IS-RC-WIFI-BT-1
Hi
I am trying to ensure my ACCloud WIFI device is working fine with my Mitsubishi In wall Unit which has a Wireless Remote Unit..
I am trying to confirm what the settings in the controller box are for the DIP swithces to ensure both are sync'ed correctly and dont clash..
Currenlty on the is-rc-wifi-bt-1 box DIP is set to 1-Down 2-Down 3-Up 4-Up
Really appreciate any help to clarify what is MASTER and SLAVE Dip settings on the is-rc-wifi-bt-1 device.

Hi Neil,
Master/slave settings are only relevant for wired remote controllers as there is no such concept for wireless controllers. With a wireless controller, there is simply an IR signal being sent through the air. From the AC's point of view, it doesn't care who's sending the signal as long as the signal is correct.
Do you run into any issues or is it simply to confirm that the unit is correctly set up before powering it on?
I was also curious about the article number for the Intesis unit. Are you sure it's correct? The IS-RC-WIFI-BT-1 does not have DIP switches as far as I know. Do you have an image of the label of the device? (make sure your activation code is not visible of course)
