When I try your example, it fills in the account name. Is this issue still ongoing?

It appears this issue was found and corrected, although the issue was never posted on Talk2m Status (ewon.biz).  As for me, I'm just glad it is working again. Our company and our customer/partners have almost 100 people who use M2Web access on a daily basis and outages like this cause them great distress.

Did the site still work? This doesn't sound like an outage. I'm not sure why the account field wouldn't be filled in if that parameter is in the URL but it can always be filled in manually along with the username and password.

We are still experiencing this issue.  Is this being looked at?

Agreed. We have seen this now for the last two days.

    Why does this keep breaking?

I'm not sure what's going on. It works for me every time I try it. I created a ticket for this and escalated to the Ewon team to see if there are any issues or suggestions they can offer.

I just heard back from Ewon and they're working on fixing this ASAP. In the meantime, you will have to use https://m2web.talk2m.com/ and type in the account name.
