my ewon saying offline

    Hi Bryce,

    There are a few things that could be causing the devices to be offline.

    Either there's an issue with the connection to the network (between the Ewon and the network), or there is no internet connection on the network (unlikely in an enterprise setup), or there is no connection to the VPN (talk2m).

    If you log in locally to the Ewon device, what color are the status symbols in the lower right corner?

    This will help us identify which path we should take to troubleshoot this.

    the symbols are grey in color need to get this fixed i have a tech on site.

    Right, then this sounds like an issue with the configuration of the devices.

    Here's a good troubleshooting link with in-depth steps to go through to ensure a good connection.

    To add to this link I would also recommend using Talk2M Connection Checker on the network which can give further clues in case anything is needed to be configured on the network side.
