How to create a status Tag for SNMP Devices

I created Status Tag for Modbus as follows

Status,slave ID,IP Address

Am struggling status tag creation for SNMP Devices. Please guide

  I didn't understand the syntax    After Status which address we need to put IP Or OID

  I have attached mapping table which is having Prefix And OID

  suppose  Device IP-192.168.0.9

  I believe this should be the IP address, not the OID address. The manual refers to it as the "Global Device Address":

  I Have configured and all parameters are polling ok
  
  And For a Communication Status i put address  like this:
  
  Status,192.168.0.9   // Type Integer 
  
  Here no error in communication but Value always 0 //  it  should be 1
