This is actually not going to work. By configuring both networks in the same network you are creating a network conflict.

One of the few requirements for using an eWON are two very distinct networks. At its heart the eWON is a router and in order for remote access and internet access to function properly we must have two networks to route between.

There are quite a few threads on hms.how that cover this issue as well. In a nutshell however it will not work. Additionally, I would highly recommend not using 192.168.1.X/24 on the LAN network. That network is the worlds most commonly used network. By using that address on the eWON LAN you not only set yourself up for a conflict between the LAN and WAN networks but when connecting remotely you have a higher chance of an eCatcher level conflict.

Hi Recently my company started using eWON devices and I am trying to set up my first one. When I was on the webpage running the wizards I got an error message. "Lan and Wan are conflict." Though it also said "LAN WAN incompatibility when running the wizard" I did check and my addresses are not conflicting. [image] Any help would be appreciated. I'm not used to this stuff.
I am having issues connecting to My equipment because I have Eaton switch gear that has a fixed 192.168.1.xxx IP address. When I go offsite, I have IP address issues. Is using a VPN a possible fix?
I have created a Talk2M account. I have port 4(the WAN port) connected to my Cable Modem. LAN port 1 running to my laptop. In EBuddy, I changed the IP address of the ECosy from the default(10.0.0.53) to one that is on my subnet but not being using. After watching the second video, I attempted to change that address too: 192.168.0.20. However when I open that address in the browser I see an a "Internet Connection error" with the Internet Connection and Talk2M Connection buttons in red. If I use:
