Setting Up Cellular Connection

I recently purchased a new eWON cosy 131 cellular model.
I just installed the sim card but I don't know where to setup the device to use a cellular connection.

Is there a walk through guide on setting this up?

  Follow the instructional videos below from our eLearning site:

  Cosy:
  Cosy Cellular

  Flexy:
  Flexy Cellular

  If the internet wizard fails the online address check then there are 4 main reasons:

  Cosy only

  1. The APN is incorrect
  2. The cellular signal strength is too low
  3. SIM card is not compatible (AT&T / T-mobile are mobile network operators that we use in the USA)
  4. SIM card is not activated

  Flexy only

  1. The APN is incorrect
  2. Cellular signal strength is too low ( missing antenna?)
  3. SIM card may not be compatible with the extension card you are currently using

  • FLB3202 = 3G GSM only (no verizon)
  • FLB3205 = 4G NA (no verizon)
  • FLB3203 = 4G Verizon (verizon only)

  4. SIM card is not activated

  Once the internet wizard shows a green check for online address then you are good to go and your device will now use a cellular WAN connection.
