ProfiTrace/ ProfiCore Ultra (ordercode 37020, 37021 & 38022)
After ''Init ProfiCore'' I get the error ''No ProfiCore device connected'' but my ProfiCore is connected by USB to the laptop.
What can be the reason of this error?
It's important to software with drivers before connection the ProfiCore to you laptop or PC.
In case the ProfiCore was connected before installation, Windows has installed a standard driver.
To fix this issue, disconnect the ProfiCore and re-install the software. Open ProfiTrace and connect the ProfiCore Ultra by USB. If this doesn't help you must delete the ProfiCore driver from your windows device manager and try again.
