I couldn't find the 25 Digit Code to add the device to my AC Cloud Control app.
or
I can't find the Intesis device with the WMP Config Tool.
POSSIBLE CAUSES / ANSWER
You may have the wrong product for the intended use.
If you want to add the device to your AC Cloud Control app, please check the Order code of the Unit it should include the "WFI" tag and not "WMP" in them.
Example:
INWFIUNI001I000 is an AC Cloud control Product that is usable with the AC Cloud Control APP
INWMPUNI001I000 in a Home Automation (WMP) product these kinds of units are supposed to be used via a local management system as shown in the picture
ADDITIONAL INFO
It is not possible to change the WMP Device to work as an AC Cloud Control device or vice versa. If you purchased the wrong type in that case you need to get in touch with your Distributor that sold you the device to check with them to replace the device.
