Name of the Account
The name of the Admin User and the Account Name, are one and the same.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the Admin User / the Account Name after Account Creation.
You can only create a new Account using a Netbiter ID and Activation code (that is not connected to an Account yet, or has been removed from an Account).
If you create a new Account on https://www.netbiter.net/
Make sure to fill out the full Form. Only after filling out all elements, you can check if the name you have chosen already exists.
Another solution to change an account name, is to delete the current account and create a new one.
On an M&A account, the administrator can allow the change by deleting the old account containing the username to allow the creation of a new one. After this, you can move the Netbiter from the previous account to another.
Please keep in mind that if you move a Netbiter from one Account to another, it will lose its configuration and historical Data.
