How to solve UUID error on CAN@Net or CAN NT devices? – HMS Support Portal

In this article, it is explained how to solve the UUID error on the CAN@Net or/and CAN NT devices.

PRE-REQUISITES

Using two CAN@Net NT or CAN@net II/Generic devices as a bridge in a Master/Slave mode.

The problem occurs when the two gateways have different firmware or/and configurations. Please make sure that;

Make sure that both gateways have the same firmware.
Make sure the same configuration is downloaded first to the Master CAN device and then to the slave device.
