How can I resolve a UUID error on CAN@net NT devices when using two units in CAN‑Ethernet‑CAN bridge mode (Master/Slave)?
ANSWER
The problem occurs when the two gateways have different firmware or/and configurations.
- Please make sure that both gateways have the same firmware version.
- Please make sure the same configuration is downloaded first to the Master CAN@net NT device and then to the Slave CAN@net NT device.
