What flash and RAM resources are typically needed to be able to use the Host Application Example Code V3.xx?

ANSWER

The Host Application Example Code V3.xx will typically need between 35-40 kB of flash and about 5 kB of RAM.

These values were determined by compiling the Host Application Example Code V3.08.01 project "STM3240G_Eval_Keil" with the ARM Keil µVision IDE V5.28.  This project is intended to be used with the ST evaluation board STM3240G-EVAL together with the corresponding option board STM, order code 024850.



For the flash size, you'll need to add the byte values of "Code" and "RO-data", the sum of "RW-data" and "ZI-data" gives you the necessary RAM size.
