QUESTION
I receive an error while generating a report in ProfiTrace. What can be the reason of this error, and how can I solve it?
ANSWER
This error can have 3 reasons:
Reason 1: A Windows update changed a printer setting. You can solve this by changing the default printer in Windows, then change it back to the original. This solves the problem in most cases.
Reason 2: The scaling of your screen is not set to 100% but higher. Go to your screen setting to set the scaling to 100%.
Reason 3: The used PDF creator is not compatible with ProfiTrace. The default PDF writer in Windows will work most of the times.
