QUESTION
I receive an error while generating a report in ProfiTrace. What can be the reason of this error?
ANSWER
This error can have 2 reasons:
Reason 1: The used PDF creator is not compatible with ProfiTrace. A standard PDF creator from windows will mostly do the work.
Reason 2: The scaling of your screen is not set to 100% but higher. Go to your screen setting to set the scaling to 100%.
