This article explains how to replace or swap a Netbiter EC3xx for another in the Argos account.

PRE-REQUISITES
Access to admin user in Argos
Activation codes for both Netbiter units, the new device and the existing one in the account that will be replaced.

Accessing System management in a Standard Argos Account
- Navigate to www.netbiter.net and log into the account using the account administrator credentials.
- Navigate to Management.
- Then navigate to System.
- Select the Properties tab.
- Click in advanced config in front of the System ID field
Accessing System management in a Manage and Analyze Argos Account
- Navigate to www.netbiter.net and log into the account using the account administrator credentials.
- Navigate to Management.
- Then navigate to All Systems.
- Select the Add System tab.
Adding and replacing a Netbiter
- Enter the New/Replacement devices Info
- NOTE: When swapping devices, the names will not update after the swap. The name used here will be associated with the old device after the replacement.
- Add the device but do not active it. The new device will show up under Inactive
- Navigate back to the Active tab.
- Select Replace for the device that will be replaced
- Enter the Activation code for the device being replaced.
- Select your New/Replacement System from the dropdown.
- Enter the Replacement Systems activation code.
- Click the Replace button
- The devices are now swapped.
- If the Netbiter was connected using a cell modem you will need to swap the SIM card and set the APN.

- Select the device and Navigate to configuration and Synchronize the configuration.
