In this article, using special characters inside the passwords on the M2Web platform for VNC connections is explained.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use special characters in the password natively on the m2web platform. However, it is still possible to use it with URL escape codes. (A link can be found on the additional info for all the codes.)
For example, if password would be "my@pass%word"
According to the URL Escape code;
@ is equivalent to %40
% is equivalent to %25
So, on the m2web platform, the password should be entered as "my%40pass%25word"
