Uplink led is showing red. What do I do?

This is because of an incorrect IP address setting

• For dynamic IP address - check for DHCP server on network.
  
  
• For fixed IP address - check the set IP address locally configured in the Ewon Netbiter web pages.
  Verify that the ports in your firewall, required for the Netbiter communication are open for outgoing traffic (Port: 5222 – XMPP), 443 (HTTPS), 80 (HHTP), DNS (53) (if you don’t have a DNS server on your local network).
