How to import devices of an existing Talk2m Free account into a Pro account?

First, to be able to follow this procedure, you must have administrator rights on both Free and Pro accounts.

When dealing with several Talk2m Free accounts, you might want to import all the devices into a single Talk2m Pro account.

Open the Account tab inside the Talk2m Pro account
Click on Show advanced settings.
There you’ll find a section called Import All Ewons from another account.
Click the Import all Ewons Wizard button.

The import will FAIL if at least one of the Free account's Ewon includes these characters in its name:

Please rename it first before performing the import.
