How do I upgrade my Talk2m account from Talk2m Free+ to Talk2m Pro subscription ?
ANSWER
The administrator of a Talk2m Free+ account can request an upgrade to Talk2M Pro plan
Use the eCatcher software, select the Account panel.
Under the Credit & Contact section > click on the “Request Talk2m Pro” button to submit an upgrade request.
* Included VPN Traffic & Datamailbox datapoints are defined by your Talk2M Plan.
A wizard will pop-up asking to:
- Verify your account information;
- Verify your contact details;
- Accept the terms and conditions of Talk2M Pro.
Then disconnect from your account and log in again, you'll see that your Free+ account has turned into a Pro account.
You now have a 3-months FREE trial of Talk2M Pro to test all Talk2m Pro features:
- Advanced user rights management
- Remote Firmware management (Update your Ewon Cosy+ remotely in some clicks. See chapter 3 of this document)
- SLA
- Talk2m Visualization (https://view.ewon.biz)
- Concurrent VPN connections (Multiple users can connect to multiple Ewons at the same time. By default 3 concurrent connections are set but it can be increased.)
- 20 GB of VPN traffic
During this period, you'll receive emails to remind you to add credit to your account.
For a refill, please contact your HMS contact (distributor, Marketing Unit).
At the end of the trial, if you haven't added credit on your account, it will be automatically downgraded back to a Talk2m Free+ subscription.
Be aware that all the settings you made using the Pro features (groups, pools) will be lost if your account is downgraded.
