This article describes why it is not possible to synchronize and why an error message is received.
It is not possible to synchronize, I get an error message, what could be the problem?
- The configuration made for the Netbiter could be wrong. Please check that all the parameters used in the configuration for the system are available in the template and try to synchronize again. Note that if parameters have been removed from the template and re-added the configured Argos parameter also has to be removed and re-added.
- It can take up to 20 minutes before Argos register that a Netbiter is offline. Trying to synchronize during this period will result in an error message.
