Why doesn't my Netbiter come online using WAN interface?

ANSWER

Please check the Uplink/WAN LED:

• Steady red - Incorrect IP settings. If using DHCP make sure that the Netbiter is connected to a DHCP network. If using static IP address, make sure you have the correct IP address, gateway and DNS.
• Flashing red - Unable to connect to Internet. Check network settings and firewalls. Addresses and Ports needed to be open for the Ewon Netbiter can be found in the document: Netbiter Addresses and Ports
• Steady green - Connected to Internet
