From firmware version 1.7.6 the connection to IPConfig has been removed.

It is highly recommended to update to the latest firmware version due to security and stability improvements!

If you have an older version please check that the Ethernet cable is plugged into the WAN port. Check that the cable is inserted correctly. If DHCP is enabled, make sure that the Netbiter is connected to a DHCP network. Make sure that your computer where IP config is launched, is connected to the same subnet as the Netbiter.
