This article describes why the Talk2M activation email was not received.
I didn’t receive the Talk2M activation email.
The Talk2M activation email is automatically sent a few minutes after the creation of the Talk2M account. The activation link inside the email is valid for 48 hours only. Once the link expired, the account is automatically deleted.
If the activation email is not in your inbox, please check first the spam or junk folder.
If the email cannot be found in those folders as well, check with the IT department if the mail server didn’t retain this email at the source.
If it is still not the case, contact your nearest support center.
