Where can logs for my QuickConnect software be found?
Logs are located in C:\ProgramData\HMS\QuickConnect.
If additional logging is required by support you can launch Quickconnect from C:\Program Files (x86)\HMS\QuickConnect/Quickconnect (extra logging)
If the Netbiter is purchased from HMS directly, please create a ticket in HMS Support Portal to get help. If purchased from a local distributor, please contact the distributor for help.
In both cases, attach the log files and a short description of the issue you are experiencing, with your request.
