Requirements:

• Names must be less than 25 characters

• Paste into spreadsheet

Managing Variables

• Create → Add a new variable
• Update → Change data type
• F2 → Rename variable
• Shift + Delete → Remove variable

• Tag names are defined in Data Tags
• Each tag maps to a Variable Name

• Invalid characters:

Recommended:

• Remove @

UDP Information

• Default UDP port = 1234 (recommended not to change)
• Startup delay up to 15 seconds before communication begins [g3-bristol...abcockbsap | Word]

Important Notes:

• Invalid variable names cause communication errors
