Abstract:

This document will describe the changes made to the digital input PAX meters when the firmware was upgraded to version 3.0 in July 2012.

Physical Features

Units manufactured after July 2014 (2614) have a case knock out feature to support the PAXCDS60 Quad Form C Relay Output card.

Programming Changes

Version 3 units support Modbus (RTU and ASCII) as well as the RLC Instrument protocol.
- Modbus RTU is now the default setting.
Counter A’s Scale Factor no longer defaults to Read in the 3-LOC menu.
d-LEV is now lockable in the 3-LOC menu.
