Required Software:
ISAgraf 3.47, ISAgraf 5.13, Sixnet IO Toolkit, Red Lion Work Bench
Firmware Updates using Windows 11 PC
1.Set sxfirmwareload.exe to Windows 8 Compatibility mode
Running ISaGRAF 3.47 on Windows 10 32 Bit
1. When you install IO toolkit 5 on top of legacy ISaRUN, you need to replace isdkcm32.dll with older version for ISaRUN to work properly.
2. When you install ISaRUN on top of IO toolkit 5, you need to replace udrcom32.dll with new version for IO toolkit to work again.
When using Sixnet IO Toolkit Redundancy along with Red Lion Work Bench for the heartbeat
There are 2 problems here, they will be broken up into two parts...
1. Common IP and Normal Port IP
A: Be sure that the subnet mask is set to the same for all common IPs and the normal configured IP, if not the redundancy will not talk
When using Red Lion Work Bench for the redundancy heartbeat and Sixnet IO Toolkit Redundancy
When using this setup be sure to remove all of the redundancy module tags in redundancy IO module except for the Self Heartbeat. If you leave any other tags in that module it will cause the redundancy to fail.
