Changing the analog output scaling of an IAMS.

Use Case: Analog output scaling
By default, the IAMS analog output follows the full-scale input. I.E. for 0-10V input, there is a 4-20ma output. This document describes how to scale the output over a different input range. The DSP LO and DSP HI will be based on the new limits, the analog output min and max limits will also follow the new display values.
NOTE: this is only applicable when a voltage or current input is used.
Procedure
1. Start by configuring the input signal and display values.
2. Navigate to the ADV.SET section, select YES and press OK.
3. Scroll to CAL SETUP press OK.
Configuring the Low Analog Value
* if not changing the low analog value, choose NO for CAL.LO and press OK, then skip to Configuring the High Analog Value section
4a. Select YES for CAL.LO and press OK.
5a. Apply the input signal that is associated with the low analog signal.
6a. Enter the display value associated with the current (low) input signal.
7a. Press OK.
Configuring the High Analog Value
* if not changing the high analog value, choose NO for CAL.HI and press OK, then skip to Selecting the Analog Output Scaling section
4a. Select YES for CAL.HI and press OK.
5a. Apply the input signal that is associated with the high analog signal.
6a. Enter the display value associated with the current (high) input signal.
7a. Press OK.

8a. To use the new analog scaling: set USE.CAL to YES.
8b. To revert to the old settings: set USE.CAL to NO.
9. Press OK.
Example
0-10 volt input, scaled 0-50.0, 4mA out at 2 volts, and 20mA out at 9 volts.
First, scale the input to read 0-50.0 for a 0-10V input, then proceed to the advanced section and perform the following:
ADV.SET YES
OK
CAL / SETUP
OK
CAL.LO YES
OK
Apply 2 volts
Enter 0
OK
CAL.HI YES
Apply 9 volts
Enter 50.0
OK
USE.CAL YES
OK
