PXU Difficulties – If you are having difficulties with the Output to function properly (4 – 20ma)
If the controller has the Option of 4 – 20ma for OP-1 and no matter what you try the Output will not produce a signal.
- To set up the controller for Manual Mode proceed to the Hidden Loop and make sure TRNF is set to USER (Manual).
- Proceed to Module #3 – LC and press (P) to enter the module and the 1st setting is SP. Use the arrow button to change from DI SP to LOC and press (P).
- The next setting is OP1 change the option from PArA to DI SP by using the arrow button.
These changes will allow the end user to manually control the Output (OP-1) by raising or lowering the output.
There will be some instances the Output will not function unless you configure the controller for manual Mode. Once it starts working then you can reverse the setting’s and switch back to Auto Mode.
