This article describes how to export Ecatcher logs. These logs are not the connection logs from your Talk2m account. These are just the Ecatcher software logs, which can be useful to the HMSsupport team if you encounter an issue or a bug when using Ecatcher.

Having Ecatcher installed on your PC.
HOW TO EXPORT THE LOGS ?
Open Ecatcher and go in the settings.
Once you are in the settings, click on "System logs". A new window will open, click on "OK".
Then Ecatcher will create a zip file in a repository. To access it, click on the link "open containing folder". Then you'll just have to copy the zip file.
