When to check the i4SCADA License status:
In some cases it is necessary to obtain detailed information about the installed i4SCADA licenses.
E.g.
- You receive an error message that a specific i4SCADA version cannot be installed
- The i4SCADA Server does not start as expected and you receive a message in the ActivityAnalyzer that a licensing problem has occured
- You want to extend the current SLA and want to check the expiration date
- Open a ticket for help and troubleshooting
Steps to check the i4SCADA licensing status:
- Open http://localhost:1947 in a browser window
- Navigate to the menu item "Sentinel Keys".
- All available keys IDs are visible here.
- Check the details for each key.
- Click on the "Features" button to check properties of each key.
One of the most important "Features" to check is the SLA expiration date. SLA Feature #12
If the SLA date has expired, you can no longer install any i4SCADA version.
When you create a ticket, always specify the list of available key IDs.
