This article describes the different actions to perform in order to change the ownership of a Talk2m account.

PRE-REQUISITES
To perform the modification you must be an administrator of the Talk2m account.

Update the Talk2m account Contact information
- Log into the eCatcher application (administrator rights are required)
- On the left side, click on the 'Account' menu button
- Under the Contacts section, click on 'Modify' and update the contact information to reflect the new ownership of the account.
Create a new user for the new account owner
- Log into the eCatcher application (administrator rights are required)
- On the left side, click on the 'Users' menu button
- Click on the 'Add' button to add a new user for the new account owner
- Encode the user information, select the 'May edit own properties' option and click on 'Next >'
- Select the 'Send an invitation to .....' option in order to send an invitation email to the new account owner, and click on 'Next >'
- Select the 'Administrators' group for this user. Users in the Administrators group have full access privileges for the Talk2M account.
Click on 'OK' button.
- Click on the 'Create button'
- The new Talk2m account owner should now have received an invitation mail. Ask the new owner to create a password and to log into the Talk2M account.
Delete your own user credentials if they are no longer required
If your user account needs to be deleted from the Talk2M account, please ask the new Talk2M account owner to delete your user credentials. Note: You cannot delete your own user credentials.
To delete a user, perform following actions:
- Log into the eCatcher application (administrator rights are required)
- On the left side, click on the 'Users' menu button
- Select the user you wish to delete. You can use the search box located in the upper right corner to quickly find the corresponding user.
Click on the 'Properties' menu to open the User Properties window.
- Click on the Delete button and confirm the user deletion.
