Creating a new Talk2m free account for each Ewon you install or for each customer you have is not the proper way to efficiently manage your Ewon devices and the different user access rights.
The recommended way is to use a Talk2m pro subscription where you can apply different access rights to your users. More details about the Talk2m subscription plan are available in the Ecatcher online help.
If you have already used multiple free accounts to manage your fleet of Ewon devices and you wish now to regroup them to a single Talk2m pro account, this article explains the process to follow to import all the Ewon devices from your existing Talk2m free accounts into one Talk2m pro account easily and efficiently.

The import will FAIL if at least one of the Free account's Ewon includes these characters in its name:

Please rename it first before performing the import.

The process is described step by step :
- Create your Talk2m pro account. (If you already have a Talk2m pro account, skip this step)
To use the Talk2m pro subscription, you must first create a Talk2m pro account. For this, select one of your free account or create one Talk2m free account (We would recommend to use a new Talk2m free account) and upgrade it to the Talk2m pro subscription.
To do so, simply click the "Account" button in Ecatcher and then "Request Talk2m pro"
You'll have to fill up some information and accept the terms of use. Once the upgrade process completed, simply restart Ecatcher. You now have access to a 3 months trial period of the Talk2m pro subscription (fully free of charge).
During these 3 months you'll have to order the Talk2m pro recharge package to your local HMS representative to finalize the upgrade.

- Once the Talk2m pro account is created, you can now start to import your Ewon devices from your existing Talk2m free accounts. Click Account --> Advanced settings --> Import all Ewons wizard

- During the import process, you will be asked to select or create a "devices pool" where the Ewon devices will be moved. This "pool" (aka "Group of Ewons") is the feature that allows you to regroup different Ewons in order to categorize them but also in order to assign specific user rights to them.

We recommend that you create a specific pool for each Talk2m free account you import. This way, you'll be able to easily recognize and sort your Ewons in Ecatcher, especially when Ewons are using the same names in each Talk2m free account.
Note : Imported Ewons using the same name as existing Ewons in the Talk2m pro account are automatically renamed.
Ex : If you import an Ewon named "My Ewon" and there is already an Ewon using the same name in the destination pro account, the imported Ewon will be renamed to "My Ewon (2)".
- Once all Ewon devices of your Talk2m free accounts have been imported, you can start creating your users and user groups to assign the proper access right to your Ewon pools.

Note : It is easier to create the user groups first and then the users.
