To take out a Talk2m light subscription, contact your distributor or HMS representative. If you'd like to take out a Talk2m pro subscription, go straight to Ecatcher. You'll then be able to activate your 3-month free trial. During this period, your Talk2m pro plan will cost you nothing. You can only benefit from the 3-month free trial once. If you've already taken advantage of this benefit in the past, you'll go straight to the paid version. |

How does the Talk2m credit work for Talk2m light and Talk2m pro? |

It’s easy. In a few words, Talk2m works like a pre-paid SIM card top-up. Once your Talk2m light or Talk2m pro account has been refilled, a fixed fee will be deducted from your credit balance at the end of each month to pay for the service. Unused VPN traffic, datamailbox upload, SMS messages included in the bundle are not carried over to the next month. If you have subscribed to the Talk2m pro and need more than what’s included in the plan (additional VPN traffic, datamailbox upload, etc.), it’s possible. Talk2m pro offers a lot of flexibility: any extra charges/services used will simply be deducted from your credit (in addition to the standard Talk2m pro charges). Remark: Additional concurrent connections cannot be decreased for a minimum of 3 months. Additional traffic/data upload overages are charged only per full units of 1GB/ 1 million data points. Upgrading your Talk2m plan will have no impact on the performance of your account, on your data and on your devices. However, the global Service Level Agreement (SLA) included in the Talk2m pro and Talk2m light plans represents an additional guarantee of optimal device performance. |

The free of charge trial option does not exist for the Talk2m light plan. However, you can take advantage of a 3-month free trial if you opt for the Talk2m pro plan. Here's how to claim this benefit: Go directly to Ecatcher Download the latest version of Ecatcher if it is not already installed. Click on the "Request Talk2m pro" button and follow the upgrade process. Restart Ecatcher and enjoy all the benefits of Talk2m pro. During this period, your Talk2m pro plan will cost you nothing*. After 3 months, you are automatically downgraded to a Talk2m free subscription if you do not confirm the upgrade. As a reminder, you must have registered an Ewon device in Ecatcher within the last 12 months to continue using Talk2m free. Otherwise, your account will be suspended. *You can only take advantage of the 3-month free trial once. If you have already taken advantage of this benefit in the past, you will go straight to the paid version. |
