Please note that this action will restore the gateway to its factory default settings, including the default password. Therefore, all information stored in the gateway will be lost.
This article explains the necessary steps to perform a factory reset on an Intesis OCPP Protocol Translator. The Intesis OCPP Protocol Translator can be factory reset by powering on the gateway while holding down a hidden button located on the PCB board.

- Small flathead screwdriver
- Power supply
- Physical access to the Intesis OCPP Protocol Translator

FACTORY RESET PROCESS
- Disconnect the power supply to the gateway.
- Using a small flat screwdriver, remove the gateway's main front cover.
- Having removed the cover, locate the push button on the right side of the PCB, below the DIP switches. The button looks like this:
- Hold the button down.
- While holding down the button, reconnect the power supply to the gateway.
- Release the button after five seconds. The LEDs on the PCB board will follow a short blinking sequence.
- The process is completed once the blinking sequence ends. You can place the cover back on.
