"HMS IPConfig" (version 18.104.22.168) does not work under Windows 11.
After starting the program, the loading screen appears, and it stays there, after some time the Windows message appears, it does not go further.

The probable cause here is the following:
All Ethernet adapters that are not used for the HMS IPConfig tool must be deactivated during the runtime.
For example, if Ethernet adapters have been created by other programs in the operating system, e.g. CiscoVPN, OpenVPN, TeamViewerVPN or others, the HMS IPconfig tool cannot work with these adapters. If these adapters are disabled via the Windows settings, then the IPconfig tool will work without a hitch.
