This article describes how to enable the fallback feature on the Ewon. This feature allows the Ewon to connect to a secondary WAN interface when the primary WAN interface gets disconnected and fails to re-connect to the Ewon.

- Be connected to the Ewon
- Login to the Ewon's web interface
IN THIS ARTICLE
To enable the fallback on the Ewon, please follow either step1 or 2 shown below:
ENABLE THE FALLBACK WHILE RUNNING THE WIZARD
- Navigate to Setup
- Wizards, and launch the Internet Wizard
- Go through the wizard carefully, and once the test is finished successfully click Finish
- A message to enable a Secondary WAN should appear -> click "Yes"(this will allow the configuration of the secondary WAN interface settings)
ENABLE THE FALLBACK THROUGH THE COMCFG SETTINGS
- Navigate to Setup
- Click on System
- Click on Storage
- Click on 'Edit COM cfg'
- Click the 'filter bar' to search for "WANFbckCnx"
- Change the value of "WANFbckCnx" to either 1- Cellular connection, 2- Ethernet connection, 3-Wi-fi connection, or 4- Ethernet connection
- Click save
- Click reboot
