DESCRIPTION
During the implementation of your system with the Anybus CompactCom and your controller, you have the possibility to define an application watchdog timeout in the Anybus CompactCom. It will then shift to the Exception state whenever it doesn't get updated by the application within the specified time.
To do this, you simply assign the desired value to the Application watchdog timeout (Anybus Object 01h, Instance 1, Attribute #4).
